The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, giving off a brand new vibe. In addition, the staff went out of their way to help us with the online check-in process, even though there was no reception. They were quick to resolve any issues and make our stay comfortable. Another advantage was the convenient location, with easy access to the key box and free parking.

There was a problem with the breakfast offering. The fridge was empty, despite it being mentioned as available.

Room was spacious and clean, perfect for a city trip. Convenient ground floor access made it easy to navigate with a pram. Free parking was a bonus. the provision of free drinks in the fridge and a kettle for making formula was a pleasant surprise.

Check-in process was a hassle, with issues regarding the online form and incorrect code for the key box. the room was uncomfortably cold upon arrival, possibly due to an open window.
